As Master Licensee for South Africa (excluding Gauteng), Harry and
Pieter Scholtz (Gauteng) are commited to the development, growth and support of the ActionCOACH brand within South Africa.  

Harry comes with 17 year of business experience including 12 years at one of the 'Big Four' commercial banks.  Having been involved at senior levels in both credit management and account executive roles he ensures the balance between growth and sustainable implementation thereof.

Committed to, and passionate about coaching, Harry is a certified business and exeucitve coach and also past National President of Comensa (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) as well as a Professional Member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa.

Harry is married to Belinda and has three beautiful children, Tristan (11), Hayley (8) and Jonathan (4).  He enjoys the outdoors, reading, motorsport and is committed to personal development of self and of all those he comes into contact with.

Pieter joins Harry Welby-Cooke in driving the establishment and success of ActionCOACH in South Africa with primary responsibility for the Gauteng province.

A corporate stalwart with 24 years business experience across a range of business industries including mining, motor vehicle and fast moving consumer goods,
Pieter left as director of a multi-national FMCG business before co-launching the ActionCOACH brand locally.

A dedicated family man to his wife Haneke and 3 daughters,
is an avid hunter, cyclist and outdoorsman.
